The oH Project collection: Oral Histories of HIV/AIDS in Houston, Harris County, and Southeast Texas
This collection contains transcripts of oral histories from a range of participants describing their interaction with HIV/AIDS in Houston, Harris County, and the greater Southeast Texas region. Participants include long term survivors, medical workers, religious leaders, activists, and others impacted by the epidemic.
The Oral History project was founded in 2015 with the goal to collect, preserve, and make available the experiences of those impacted by HIV/AIDS. Founding members of this project are Legacy Community Health, the Montrose Center, and the Woodson Research Center.
