Shelby D. Goodman collection
This collection is made up of a radio program recording of the Beth Jacob Temple Choir concert. The concert followed a sermon by Rabbi Geller. The event was recorded in 1949 at the Rice Hotel by KTRH Broadcasting Co. in Houston, Texas.
Shelby David Goodman is a retired architect who designed the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston Building and the Kaplan Museum of Judaica. In addition, he served on the 2008 Houston Jewish Film Festival Committee, regularly attended services at the Seven Acres religious committee and was an attendee of Kallah.
