This collection contains black and white photographs of Brown Shipbuilding Company projects
Brown & Root began the Brown Shipbuilding Company in 1942 to build ships for the U.S. Navy during World War II. In 1949, Brown & Root sold the shipyards and the Brown Shipbuilding Company ended.
