Charles Tapley architectural collection
This collection contains a master plan rendering of Buffalo Bayou. It was used as a part of proposed improvements to the area in 1977.
Charles Tapley graduated from Rice University in 1955 and became an architect. He formed his own firm, Tapley & Associates in 1960, designing many landmark buildings in Houston and throughout the United States. In addition to his architectural work, Tapley was an Adjunct Professor in Architecture at the University of Houston.
