This collection consists of oral histories, one of which features the co-founder of CERCL, and a recording of The HERE Project Legacy Awards. The awards ceremony recognized twenty five years of Hip Hop in Houston, Texas and honored Ronda Prince and James Prince.
The Center for Engaged Research and Collaborative Learning (CERCL) began as Houston Enriches Rice Education (HERE) in 2007. The program was produced to encourage engagement between Rice University and the city of Houston. The mission of the program now is to foster innovative approaches to research in order to advance models and practices of leadership to the greater community.
