John Brown letter
This collection consists of a manuscript letter written by John Brown to his wife on July 19, 1862 from Grigsby's Bluff and gives news of the people there.
Grigsby's Bluff was located on the Neches River in Eastern Jefferson County, Texas. Its name was changed to Port Neches in 1901.
