Jack McCaine NASA papers
This collection consists of photographs related to buildings connected to the NASA Johnson Space Center. These include buildings under construction, aerial views of the Manned Spacecraft Center, and the Jim West mansion which became the Lunar Science Institute.
Jack McCaine joined the Spacecraft Center Area Office, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1962. McCaine was the project manager and an architect for the design and construction of the Mission Control Center at the Johnson Space Center and a General Engineer for NASA. He managed construction projects in the 1970s.
